At Nawah, we are committed to delivering premium-quality dates and products. Due to the nature of food products, returns and exchanges are only accepted in specific cases.

 

### Returns & Exchanges

 

* Products can only be returned or exchanged if they arrive damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item was delivered.

* Any issue must be reported within **24 hours** of receiving the order.

* Please provide clear photos of the product and packaging when contacting our customer service team.

 

### Conditions

 

* Products must remain unopened and in their original packaging.

* Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products that have been opened or consumed.

* We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or personal preference.

 

### Refunds

 

* Once the issue is reviewed and approved, customers may choose between:

 

* Receiving a replacement product at no additional cost.

* Receiving a refund through the original payment method.

* Refunds are processed within **5–7 business days** after approval.

في **نواة** نحرص على تقديم أجود أنواع التمور والمنتجات بأعلى معايير الجودة. ونظرًا لطبيعة المنتجات الغذائية، فإن الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع يقتصر على حالات محددة.

 

### الاستبدال والاسترجاع

 

* يمكن استبدال أو استرجاع المنتجات في حال وصولها تالفة، أو وجود عيب بها، أو استلام منتج مختلف عن المطلوب.

* يجب الإبلاغ عن المشكلة خلال **24 ساعة** من استلام الطلب.

* يُرجى إرسال صور واضحة للمنتج والتغليف عند التواصل مع خدمة العملاء.

 

### الشروط

 

* يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مفتوح وفي حالته الأصلية.

* لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات التي تم فتحها أو استهلاك جزء منها.

* لا يتم قبول طلبات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال الناتجة عن تغيير الرأي أو التفضيلات الشخصية.

 

### استرداد المبلغ

 

* بعد مراجعة الطلب والموافقة عليه، يمكن للعميل الاختيار بين:

 

* استبدال المنتج دون أي رسوم إضافية.

* استرداد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة.

* يتم رد المبلغ خلال **5 إلى 7 أيام عمل** من تاريخ الموافقة على الطلب.
